Our Mission & Vision
Vision:
A world where every believer - the Church - is discipled and equipped to thrive in their day-to-day workplace calling, resulting in transformed lives, a gospel-saturated marketplace, and strengthened local churches.
Mission:
To catalyze local churches to bridge Sunday worship with Monday-Saturday calling by collaborating with believers in the marketplace, providing practical resources, pastoral discipleship and training, and strategic / operational coaching -- multiplying Great Commission fruitfulness.
Our Team

Our Intention
Core Purpose:
For too long, Sunday faith and Monday-Saturday work have felt disconnected. Our approach is collaborative, Church centric, and scalable. We partner with pastors and leaders representing existing ministries and business in and outside the four walls of the local church, into and throughout the community to unleash Kingdom of God impact.
Key Biblical Foundation:
Ephesians 4:11-12, 16 -- Equipping the saints for works of service
2 Corinthians 9:6-11 -- God multiplies seed for cheerful generosity
Matthew 28:18-20 -- The Great Commission in every sphere of society (culture, nation)
